Lime Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. meaty chicken parts (thighs or breasts)
    1/2 c. finely shredded lime peel
    1/2 c. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1 tsp. coarse or cracked black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except chicken.
    Beat with a wire whisk.
    Marinate chicken for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Remove and cook the chicken on the grill outside, basting often with the marinade.
    Cook meat until done.
