Health Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. bananas (4 to 6)
    3/4 c. sunflower oil
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. dates, cut up
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. honey
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. dried apples, cut up
Preparation
    Mix flours, wheat germ, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In another bowl mash bananas; add lemon juice.
    In another large bowl mix honey and oil; add eggs and mix.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with the buttermilk to honey mixture.
    Fold in bananas and rest of fruit and nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
