Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh cranberries, washed and drained
2 1/2 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. or 12 oz. jar orange marmalade
1 c. English walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Stir together cranberries, sugar and lemon juice.
Place in baking pan; cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and stir well.
Mix together orange marmalade and walnuts.
Add to first mixture.
Good with poultry or pork.
Keeps well in refrigerator for weeks.
Can be made well in advance.
