Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 tube Town House crackers, crushed
    1 stick melted butter
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery until tender.
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Mix cornstarch with water, then add to other ingredients.
    Crumble crackers on top.
    Pour butter over crackers. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
