Passover Broccoli Casserole * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    5 Tbsp. Passover potato starch
    3 eggs
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese bar, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Steam frozen broccoli in microwave.
    Place broccoli in 9 x 9-inch pan.
    In bowl, mix melted butter, cottage cheese, potato starch, eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
    Pour over broccoli. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until edges turn brown.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    Recipe can be doubled.
