Bohemian Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 stick margarine, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large casserole dish, alternate layers of vegetables. Season every potato layer.
    Pour melted margarine over all.
    Cover tightly. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    May be topped with Cheez Whiz before serving.
