Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, cooked, drained and squeezed dry
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    3 to 4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped very fine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill several hours (2 to 3).
    Shape into walnut size balls. Bake for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Spinach balls may be frozen before baking.
