Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lean stew meat
    1 can beef broth
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 c. dried baby lima beans (cook before adding)
    1 c. dried black-eyed peas (cook before adding)
    3 to 4 sliced carrots
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In crock-pot, add beef, salt, garlic and pepper.
    Cook on high until beef is done.
    Add all other ingredients; cook on high 1 hour or may simmer all day.
