Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Put yeast in bowl, then add warm water.
    Mix until dissolved. Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix good with spoon and let rise 5 minutes.
    Beat down and may need a little flour to spread out on pizza pan.
    The best pizza sauce is Contadina.
    Spread over crust. Add pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, onion, ham or whatever you enjoy, then add Mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until done.
