Caraway Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 2/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and add sugar gradually.
Then add egg.
Mix and sift flour and baking powder and add alternately with milk to first mixture.
Add caraway seed, vanilla and salt.
Mix well. Put into prepared pan and sprinkle with extra caraway seed and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 35 minutes.
Serve hot with butter.
