Delicious Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 or 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
    1 qt. buttermilk
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 qt. Wesson oil or your choice
Preparation
    Take cut-up chicken and put in large bowl.
    Pour buttermilk over chicken.
    Let set for 3 or 4 hours in refrigerator.
    Drain off buttermilk; salt and pepper to taste.
    Take chicken and roll in flour.
