Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated (1/2 extra sharp and 1/2 sharp)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Have butter and cheese at room temperature.
    Cream together and fold in dry ingredients.
    Mix.
    Divide into 3 rolls and refrigerate overnight.
    Slice thin and bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
