Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, cut in chunks
    1 sweet onion, cut in chunks
    1 pkg. mushrooms
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 lb. meat, cubed (lamb, stew beef or pork)
    Teriyaki Sauce
    rice
Preparation
    Place ingredients on skewer:
    meat, onion, mushrooms, pepper and pineapple.
    Repeat.
    Baste with Teriyaki Sauce.
    Broil about 20 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade every 5 minutes or grill on gas or charcoal.
    Serve with cooked rice.
