Peanut Carrot Pineapple Holiday Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Sift
    flour,
    soda,
    salt and cinnamon together.
    Place eggs and
    sugar\tin
    mixer
    bowl.
    Beat\tat medium speed until mixed. Beat in
    oil, a small amount at a time.
    Stir in flour mixture, carrots, pineapple, vanilla and peanuts.
    Pour batter in two greased loaf pans.\tMakes 2 small loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
