Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. fresh chives
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. paprika
grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. fines herbes
4 1/2 lb. small potatoes (unpeeled), cut in 1/4 inch slices
Preparation

Combine first seven ingredients.
Toss well.
Add potatoes. Cover and bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring at 15 minute intervals.
Top with Parmesan.
Serves 12.
