Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown (about 1 to 1 1/4 hours).
This makes 10 to 15 slices.
