Crispy Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced uncooked chicken breasts
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. pepper or all seasoning
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 medium carrots, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation

Mix Bisquick and
pepper
in a bowl.
Stir chicken into eggs and then
place
in Bisquick mixture.
Coat chicken well. Heat oil in
skillet over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry chicken until golden brown
and
done.\tAdd
vegetables
and stir-fry until vegetables are slightly limp.\tServes 4.
