Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. liquid sweetener or 6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    3 mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped dates or raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Soften the margarine to room temperature.
    Beat eggs slightly. Sift flour in a large mixing bowl with all the dry ingredients. Make a hole in the flour and pour in all the other ingredients. Mix with a spoon until all is moist (do not use a mixer).
    Bake in a tube pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Will keep in the refrigerator for weeks.
