Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine or butter
2 c. granulated sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. lemon juice (1 jumbo or 1 1/2 small lemons)
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour, powdered sugar and margarine like for pie crust; press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until light brown for 15 to 20 minutes.
