Orient Express Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. light teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Argo or Kingsford's cornstarch
    Mazola nonstick cooking spray
    3/4 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts), thawed
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir first 3 ingredients until smooth.
    Set aside. Generously spray a large skillet with cooking spray.
    Heat over medium heat.
    Add shrimp, veggies and garlic.
    Stirring constantly, cook 3 to 4 minutes. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Makes 4 servings.
