Cranberry Whipped Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) raspberry flavored gelatin
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.
    Add enough boiling water and syrup to make 1 cup.
    Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid.
    Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peels.
    Fold in orange and pineapple; fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into 6-cup mold.
    Chill until set. Serves 8 to 10.
