Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. whole fryer
1 c. water
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sherry or wine
4 green onions, sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Combine ingredients (except chicken) in large kettle.
Bring to a boil.
Add whole fryer; boil for 50 minutes, or until tender, turning once.
Use sauce as a dip when you serve chicken.
