Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 large onion (in rings)
    1 large green pepper, sliced thinly
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots just until tender.
    Drain onions and peppers. Heat soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a saucepan until mixed well.
    Pour over vegetables and toss until well coated.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Let stand overnight for best flavor.
