Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced onions
1 c. half and half
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brush the inside of pie shell with a small amount of the beaten eggs.
Prick bottom and sides with a fork.
Bake shell for 5 minutes or until light golden brown in a 425\u00b0 oven for metal pan or 450\u00b0 for glass plate.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 for metal pan or 375\u00b0 for glass plate.
