Lemon-Dill Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
    dash of pepper, if desired
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add all ingredients (except chicken).
    Bring to a boil.
    Add chicken.
    Bring to a boil, but do not actually boil.
    Cover; lower heat.
    Simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Remove chicken to platter.
    Serve with noodles or rice over which remaining liquid has been poured.
    Serves 4 to 6.
