Southern Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fryers, cut up
1 c. catsup
2 to 4 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. corn oil (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix ingredients well.
Dip pieces of chicken into sauce until thoroughly covered (save remaining sauce).
Wrap the chicken tightly in foil and cook for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove from oven and pour remaining sauce over all.
Seal tightly and cook an additional 30 to 45 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
