Bar-Be-Que Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pounds pork roast
1 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp pickling spices
1 large bottle catsup
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation

Cook roast until it falls off bone. Shred meat finely. Tie spices in gauze and mix with rest of the ingredients. Mix with meat and simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Remove spice bag and serve on buns.
