Sweet Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix the flour and sugar and make a hole in the middle.
    Mix the shortening, butter or margarine, vanilla and egg and cut in with 2 knives or with a pastry cutter.
    (May add a little water, if needed.)
    Roll.
    Place over tops of cups and roll to fill cups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Fill with cream filling. Place a strawberry on top.
