Scalloped Corn Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. frozen corn, boiled
1 c. milk
1 well beaten egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped canned pimento
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Blend corn and milk; gradually stir in egg.
Add next 4 ingredients and a dash of pepper.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 8-inch baking dish.
Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
