Easter Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded American cheese
1 1/2 c. diced ham
1/4 c. chopped green onions
3 Tbsp. butter
12 beaten eggs
1 (3 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
dash of paprika
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk.
Cook and stir until bubbly.
Stir in cheese until melted.
In skillet, cook ham and onions in 3 tablespoons butter until onions are tender.
Add eggs and scramble until set.
Fold mushrooms and cooked eggs into white sauce.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine melted butter, crumbles and paprika. Sprinkle on top of eggs.
Cover and chill overnight until 30 minutes before serving.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Yields 12 servings.
