Crabmeat Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk
2 beaten egg yolks
2 c. crabmeat
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add the seasonings with Worcestershire sauce.
Add flour; let bubble until thoroughly combined.
Gradually add milk; stir in beaten egg yolks and crabmeat.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
