Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can pink or red salmon, deboned
    1 lb. elbows
    2 Tbsp. Spike
    3 Tbsp. chicken broth, vegetable broth powder or Nutra soup
    2 c. water
    1/2 lb. fat free soy Mozzarella or regular Mozzarella
    1 c. green beans, peas or corn
    1/2 c. Parmesan
Preparation
    Boil noodles about 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain, but do not rinse.
    Add Parmesan cheese.
    Meanwhile, mix Spike, broth, water and slice or cube cheese in bowl and microwave until melted. Stir until sauce is creamy.
    Do the same on stove top if microwave is not available.
    Add sauce to noodles and mix well.
    Add salmon and vegetables.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
