Marsha'S Fan Fair Vegie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen Fan Fair vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots)
    1 small onion, cut in rings
    1 small bell pepper, cut in rings
    1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place vegies in large casserole dish.
    Mix sour cream, soup and bell pepper and pour over vegies.
    Add 1 cup of cheese.
    Put 1/2 cup cheese over top, mix stuffing as directed and place on top of casserole.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
