Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil together for 5 minutes:
    margarine, brown sugar, syrup and salt.
    Take off heat and stir in vanilla and soda.
    Pour over 8 to 10 quarts of popped corn and nuts (if desired).
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
