Glazed Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. red or white wine
Preparation

Put the bacon in a large 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes; drain off the fat.
At this point, before you add the glaze, the bacon should be almost crisp (be sure not to underbake it).
