Jam Without Sugar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. berries
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. sweetener
Preparation
    In saucepan, add berries and 2 cups water.
    Bring to boil for 1 or 2 minutes.
    Take off heat and add Knox dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water.
    Add sweetener.
    Put in jars and keep in refrigerator.
