Louisiana Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef stew meat, cut
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 medium onions, sliced
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. molasses
Preparation
    Add beef to the next 4 ingredients; shake until coated.
    Brown in oil.
    Add to mixture of remaining ingredients and cook 1 1/2 hours.
    Last 1/2 hour, add 6 to 8 carrots, cut in diagonal pieces and 1/2 cup of raisins.
