Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
    1 c. boiling water
    2 small boxes strawberry gelatin
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix jello and water.
    Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
    Pour half of the mixture into a long Pyrex dish.
    Let congeal.
    Spread sour cream over it and pour remaining jello mixture on top.
    Congeal.
