Microwave Easy Mexican Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck beef
    1 egg
    1/2 pkg. (2 Tbsp.) taco seasoning mix
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine beef, egg and seasoning mix. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls.
    Put 12 beef balls in circle on paper plate.
    Cover plate with wax paper.
    Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after one minute.
