Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread, cut in cubes
    1 egg
    2 pieces celery, diced up
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Place bread in large bowl; add egg.
    Saute onion and celery in oleo.
    Add that to bread mixture.
    Add seasoning.
    Then add milk. Form into a ball.
    If it is too moist, add more bread.
