Mini Pecan Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Spray muffin pans with a vegetable spray.
    Mix all ingredients together except pecans; mix well.
    Add pecans and bake for 45 minutes or until the pies are brown. Yields 6 pies.
