Scallops In White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1 c. dry white wine
    2 minced shallots or 3 scallions
    3 sprigs parsley, chopped
    freshly ground black pepper
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Simmer the scallops, wine, shallots and parsley in a saucepan for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
