Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 3/4 to 7 1/4 c. flour
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large mixer bowl, combine 3 cups of the flour and yeast. In a saucepan, heat milk, 1/4 cup sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0) and butter is almost melted.
    Stir constantly.
    Add to flour mixture; add eggs.
    Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute.
    Beat 3 minutes on high speed.
    Stir in as much remaining flour as you can mix in with a spoon.
    Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.
    Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
