Old Fashioned Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix all
ingredients together.\tPlace in a long shallow pan that has
been
greased
and
floured.
Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven
until
an
inserted toothpick can be removed clean. May be glazed.
