Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 carrots, cut in lengthwise strips
1/4 c. liquid from cooked carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. horseradish
25 to 30 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook carrots.
Spread in a 1-quart casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over carrots. Top with cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
