Grandma'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add slightly beaten eggs and beat well.
    Add sour cream and vanilla while continuing to beat. Blend thoroughly.
    Spread half of dough in greased pan.
    Sprinkle 1/4 of topping over it.
    Spread remaining mixture into pan. Sprinkle rest of topping on.
    Pour melted butter over top (1/4 cup).
    I slice in apple and put in middle of cake.
    Makes it moist.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
