No Fat Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients well.
    Set aside.
    Whisk together remaining ingredients.
    Whisk into dry ingredients.
    Pour into 9-inch square or oblong pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and serve with Cool Whip lite.
