Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. tomato or spaghetti sauce
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 slices stale bread in crumbs
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    3 medium, hard-boiled eggs, shelled
    dash of salt and pepper
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, except for boiled eggs.
    Press 1/2 of the mixture in microwave-safe loaf pan, then insert boiled eggs, lining the middle of loaf.
    Now, pat remainder of meat mixture on top of the eggs, covering lower half of mixture and eggs completely.
    Microwave on \"High\" for 16 to 20 minutes, until done.
    You may wish to place slices of Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese on top during last 2 minutes of cooking.
