Saucy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, onion and egg.
    Shape into twenty 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
    Place in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Bake, uncovered, in a 400\u00b0 oven until done and light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Mix 1/3 cup milk, nutmeg and soup.
    Add drained meatballs.
    Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat through. Yields 4 servings.
    Serve with noodles.
