Muscadine Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. muscadines
3 Tbsp. flour
lemon juice
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter/oleo
Preparation

Place muscadines in pot; cover with cold water and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until mushy.
Run through ricer to remove seeds and some of the hulls.
Mix all ingredients with muscadine mush.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell; cover with another pie shell.
Cut three or four slits in top crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Lower heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes more.
